1. Class participation is extremely important. The State of Illinois mandates
that all absences must be made up and makeup work turned in within one week of
their occurrence or grade reductions will occur. Makeup work not turned in by
the end
of the NINE WEEKS results in a failure.
2. The accumulation
of tardies results in makeup and counts against your absence total. Every four
tardies equals an unexcused absence and one make-up. (Two gross tardies equal
one absence makeup.)
3. All homework must be turned in on time, clearly
written or printed. Grade reduction will occur for late work.
4. Four (4)
workbook assignments not turned in on time for the semester will result in a
grade of F.
5. All missed tests must be made up before school the day you
get back or return to school following the absence, or other arrangements must
be made with your teacher. (Room #253 - Driver Education
Office)
POSSIBLE GRADE REDUCTIONS WILL OCCUR
IF:
6. You fail to bring your Textbook to all class
sessions.
7. You fail to participate during simulation (9 & 3 or 10
& 2) labs.
8. You must pass Safety Education to graduate from high school.
